I ain't afraid of sharks
Should i finish this song or let it go?
[chorus]
I ain't afraid of sharks
I swear I could beat them in a fight.
The fire in my soul
keeps me awake in the night
They don’t know my name
But they love to criticize
If I sign that deal
I bet they’ll apologize
[Verse 1]
Doesn’t matter what you do, everybody’s gonna talk
So why not go for it if you know how it ends?
If you're lucky, you’ll live long enough to grow old
Life goes fast, you can check it in the mirror
So why would you worry about the little things?
It makes no sense, every day new advice
from people who don't know shit about your life.
[Chorus]
I ain't afraid of sharks
I swear I could beat them in a fight
The fire in my soul
Keeps me awake in the night.
They don’t know my name
But they love to criticize
If I get that deal
I bet they’ll apologize

I'd run with it. it has good structure.

Overall I think it's got legs.
Good strong rhythm, and the lyric fits the cadence. Hangs together.
I like your "I ain't afraid of sharks" line, we get to interpret that as the verse unfolds.
Not sure about "If I sign that deal". It comes out of nowhere and seems to be referencing something outside the song. It doesn't seem tied to anything else there. I'm guessing your intent is "if I become successful" and I'd head more in that direction.
But otherwise - keep going!
