I like how the story unfolds in this one Kayla. There's a sense of completeness to it. I feel like the story ended rather than just stopped.

I've no idea how it would be set to music. But it has a modern feel to it, and there is a lot of freedom structurally in modern songs.

This is another cool set of lyrics, Kayla. The words tell an interesting story. I like what you've composed, I enjoyed reading it, and I'd enjoy hearing it as a recorded song. It's hard to pick my favorite lines, but I'd say these were among the best:
