Those are my favorite lines.
I wasn't sure what you meant by leaving heaven behind and finding the sunshine. It seems like heaven should have been a good place that you wouldn't want to leave? But maybe it's leaving behind religion? Then the "Don't cry when I'm gone" line almost felt like maybe the person was dying? Though it could just be leaving. But at the very least it made me pause and wonder, so that's a good thing!
Not a fan of "I'm going to sing a new song" as it felt like that was there just for the rhyme.
"I'm gunna be with my sunshine" that made me think their sunshine was a person.
I think this needs a little more polish yet, but it has potential.

You could say " I thought she was heaven : But all she was time in hell". "They would cry if you left Heaven to go to hell... or mysterious sunshine . Why you leaving heaven ,what happened ? Who's crying for you ?

" New set of sunsets " is a killer hook , you just need killer lines to pay it off on that hook.
