"The Last leaves of innocence" is such a lovely evocative phrase. And I love how you use it in that first line.
Musically I found this one harder to get into. There isn't an easy melody there for the listener to latch on to. It's a more abstract, soundscape than a catchy song. For me at least it was difficult to remember how it went once it was over.
It's still nicely done, but maybe not my style.

You have some very beautiful and cerebral lines here. I really love the lyrics even though they feel sad. The music is enjoyable, and the video is captivating. As @RainyDayMan points out, there is no catchy part to grab me. Even so, I like the feel of the music and it feels like it is a good fit for the lyrics.
