Wow..This song is very touching. I have never heard this before, nor have I heard of Rainbow eyes. You are correct, the vocals and instrumentals are brilliant.

@TammyB - The song came out in 1978,. my sister and I was heading back from the beach. she had an 8-track of long live rock and roll. I was floored.
