I'm taking a short break from recording the rock n roll stuff and I'm working on a 6 track acoustic EP. Here's the first track from that. It's called 'Addicted'. It was loosely written about a recent long weekend in Paris, France with my daughter. We checked out the city, got to eat some great food and drank more than we should, but we also went to see Laura Cox who is an awesome French rock singer/guitarist and song writer who I rate very highly. She has a really good band behind her. Good times..hence this upbeat song:

Cool song, Chris! Excellent guitar work as usual, very good vocals, crystal clear production, and clever lyrics. The abrupt pause in the middle and quick return to the music was an interesting change-of-pace addition. Nice work! I liked it all and enjoyed listening. 😀

This is so fun and enjoyable. I love the wonderful visuals in the lyrics. I can watch it all play in my head as I listen. Love the guitar and vocals. Sounds like a super fun trip!

I love the country twang and a different take on "An American in Paris." I also like the doubling of vocals in certain phrases for emphasis and your solo. Fun song and enjoyable listen. Thanks Chris!
