Hi folks I’m back

It’s been many years since I’ve been here. I’m guessing my old songs I’ve posted were taken down. No biggie, I have most of the scattered across hard drives somewhere. I ran into an old friend after a gig my band had in October. We hadn’t seen each other since 1986 or so. He taught me how to play guitar (though he seems to remember it the other way around)
We decided to collab on some songs. His stuff is good. His voice is unique and I really dig what he’s doing.
We’re planning on paying a distro and get our stuff on multiple platforms. For now we’re just testing the waters on YouTube.
Let me know if this isn’t allowed an I’ll edit this post, but here’s a link to our stuff. We don’t have enough subs to make any money, it’s just a quick way to share our demos for now.

A few of these I posted on this site but it’s been 10 years or so.

Thanks

    Hi, welcome back,

Listened to your first track and I agree unique quality and well worth a listen. May I suggest you post them as individual songs on TSF including the lyrics. The auto text on Youtube is rubbish and just spoils the experience.

  • Welcome back. I like the sound!

If you would like feedback on individual songs, then please do as Sid suggested and posting them individually (one per day) including the lyrics. Also remember that we ask you comment on two other songs for each one of your own you post.

I'm afraid you're right about your old posts. The old site crashed a couple of years back, and we had to start afresh, so everyone's songs went at that time which was a real shame. But you are welcome to repost them if you can find them.

I figured something like that happened. There were some nice folks on this forum back in the day. I had some nice conversations. Anyone remember me?
  • I'm afraid that I don't. What years were you here? There's a lot of turnover in these kind of forums, so there may not be a lot of familiar faces, but there are still good people!

I liked "Belly full of Beer." Only had time to listen to 2 for now.
