Hello Good People! This song was inspired by @OnlyGavin 's "I Give Up" on SoundCloud. This one should be down the middle of "the fence" enough. If not, please, no arguing because that's precisely what the powers-that-wanna-be want; that divide and conquer which REALLY is killing us! 😥

I like the approach. Humor is always the best way to approach politics, not that this is really trying to make a political point (thank goodness 😄). More of an observation of life. Catchy tune, although to me it seems to get a bit lost at the end of the chorus. These lines....

....could be tightened up by singing "you sit on" immediately after the word "fence," and then going straight into the next line. That's the way I would do it, which doesn't make it right, of course LOL.
My only other suggestion would be for the bridge. By rhyming disagree and agree, you're basically rhyming with the same word. Also, I wouldn't associate magpies with this particular overhead danger. How about something like this?

@OnlyGavin thank you for the suggestions. I'll see what I can do for the chorus; using 1/2 your suggestion of singing 'sit on' right away, line 3 but then I'd like to pause before coming into the final line.
Also, the Bridge, I'd rewritten 2x and while I like your suggestion it doesn't quite say what I'd like to say so I'll need to go back to the drawing board on that.

Okay, re-sung the chorus based upon your suggestion or at least part of it. And I agree, MUCH better, thanks! Unfortunately, my whistler 🤫 wasn't working as well today, but it's okay! Also, rewrote the Bridge getting rid of that repeat rhyme tho' sometimes they work but evidently not in this case:
