Sadness, yes, but also a lot of hope I think. This is a nice arrangement and the vocal harmonies work very well. I can actually imagine this being played by a full band turning it into something of an anthem. As it stands it's lovely. I enjoyed listening.😀

Thanks Chris! My hubby has said that I should get a band together to record the songs I'm writing. I've been doing it all myself for the most recent ones I've written - Not "Fall from Grace" of course...that one was from 2001.
I'm still trying to get my bearings on writing and recording all the pieces. I'm a one-woman band and recording engineer at this point 😀

I enjoyed the song very much and the fact that you did that all by yourself makes it even more impressive.
I can imagine this song as an intro to a film or tv series, very very good. Loved it!

Well sung, and well written ! Good solid rhythm track, has an easy fluid feeling to it . . . though, a bit of hesitancy in that guitar solo part, room for improvement there, but overall I really like what you've recorded here. I also think the lower harmony vocal could come up a bit in volume. The strength of the song is in it's simple and direct message, something reassuring, which many will relate to. Enjoyed my listens very much.

The music here was much more upbeat than I was expecting - and I like that!
Nice melody, and well sung.
I think Chris had it right when he mentioned 'anthem' - it's got that feel to it.

Thanks Popitup! Glad you enjoyed it! 😀 I do agree with you on a re-do of the guitar solo. I'm planning on re-recording the vocals also..and bringing up the harmony. I got tired of messing with it.......thought I'd get it posted here for feedback anyway.
