The Clouds of Love (2 Versions)
I wrote this in 2022 and used an AI voice program called EmvoiceOne with a female voice. When I posted it on a forum nobody listened to it. My wife also didn't like it. It wasn't the song but the singer they had a problem with. So I redid it singing it myself but I had to re key it in C, even though I like it better in the original A I can't sing it in that key. I put up both versions here. Tell me what you think. I also recorded it in D but that's not uploaded.

Maybe in a different key They sound pitchy and flat , Music is good . Perhaps in the key of A is your range0

No. I can't sing it in A. It pushes the melody too high for me. C works best for me. I have another version in D which I should put up because that brings me up a step on my voice. C might be just a bit too low.

Odd A is 3 steps lower than C . Including the A sharp , Which is actually 4 steps lower . C is usually for tenors , Your probably a baritone

I don't know what I am. I was told in my 20s that I was a tenor by several music teachers but I can't hit some of the notes that tenors should be able to hit. When I was younger I could do a falsetto but I lost that ability years ago. Aging, I guess. All I know is (for this song) A=No Way! C is much more comfortable and D is even better. I can't find the version I did in D but I'll look around. I'm sure it's on a drive somewhere.

The Ai didn't work for me, your's was much better with room for improvement, but you're on top of that.

Of these two versions, I think yours is superior.
The AI vocal just has too many artifacts in it that distract. Give it a year or two and it will probably sound perfect though.
Nice song! I like the unusual progressions in it. Keeps you on your toes :)

@Johnb68 definitely the version of you singing I like best! You simply cannot replace the heart of a human-being with AI. Very pretty song!
